Meet The Board of Directors
William Saunders
Owner/ Director of Operations
William learned early on in high school that serving others was a passion of his while volunteering for his community through the United States Air Force Auxiliary, Civil Air Patrol. His love for the aviation industry was ignited. He was able to learn the theories of flight, aviation technologies, leadership as well as search and rescue tactics and techniques. He wanted to continue serving the nation and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where he became an avionics technician for UH-1N Huey and AH-1W Cobra attack helicopters with HMLA-369, the "World Famous" Gunfighters. He served in the Marines for 8 years which included 3 combat deployments to Iraq, a tour of the pacific stationed in Okinawa, Thailand, Korea, and the Philippines. Upon separation from the United States Marine Corps, William began working jobs in both retail and security. He worked for a couple different small security companies. Realizing the industry standard wasn't where it should be, he began a career in quality inspection/ engineering on a multitude of aviation parts, components, and ancillary equipment. While contracting as a quality engineer he excelled at quality management and other management systems in various companies throughout the US. While working in NY, he met Erin. A new contract brought him back home to Arizona. After they got married William decided to revisit his plans for a security company. Being a quality engineer William understood the importance of high standards and good customer service and its value in any industry.
Wishing to still serve others on a more personal level he stepped away from the aviation industry and opened doors to the current Celtic Cross Security Solutions LLC. In additon to being a certified NRA instructor he is also an unarmed and armed guard instructor.

Kimberly Davis
Owner/ Quality Control
Kimberly has worked in some form of customer service in every position she has had since she was 16, many which also include training and the development of staff. Several positions were in the restaurant industry where her skills of communication, attention to detail, negotiation, customer satisfaction, planning, maintaining relationships, organization and project completion were honed.
More recently Kimberly worked at a customer service call center administering flex benefits. This too was a role that required communication, finesse and patience. While in that position, she was looking for an opportunity for professional growth beyond what was available in the call center industry.
Through a mutual friend she met William and heard his plans for a security company. The opportunity to invest in and help grow a company that could challenge her both personally and professionally was appealing. Part of what drew her to this company were the values and vision expressed by William, specifically the Christian values, honor, integrity and the ability to give back to the community which she loves. It also didn't hurt that her heritage is also of Celtic descent.
